Delivery Information

All goods are offered subject to availability.


All deliveries should be carefully checked & cartons counted to ensure the correct number of cartons/garments are delivered as no responsibility will be accepted once the delivery has been accepted.



Delivery of goods will be made to the Purchaser’s premises. In the event a delivery is missed by the purchaser, or the purchaser is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery will or maybe left with a neighbour or left ina safe place. It will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods from the neighbour or safe place.


Delivery to alternate addresses will only be made with prior agreement & additional charges may apply.


No responsibility is taken for late or non-delivery by couriers, although we will do our best to ensure goods are delivered on time.


Refunds and compensation for lost, damaged or missing items will require upto 30 days.


All delivered goods must be checked for damages, errors & quantities within 48 hours of

receipt.


All missing or non-delivered orders must be reported to us within 7 days of ordering. We endeavour to deliver all non-customised orders within 7 working days.


Claims for damaged goods must be supported by the couriers Proof of Delivery and a delivery note stating the goods have been signed as unchecked, short or damaged.


Damaged Parcels

Any damaged parcels should be checked with the courier present and signed for as damaged.
