ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Buyer may cancel all or part of any outstanding Order/Purchase Order submitted to us by providing written notice; provided, however, that if such cancellation occurs after acceptance of the order/purchase order. The buyer may incur fees of up to 30% of the total order value.
Once an invoice has been issued for telephone or email orders, cancellation of the Order/Purchase Order may incur fees of up to 30%.
All missing or non-delivered orders must be reported to us within 7 days of ordering. We endeavour to deliver all non-customised orders within 5 working days.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Size guides & sizing measurement are subject to tolerances. They are not be taken as absolute measurement values. When a garment is measured, the values may vary and can be above, below or the same as the values stated.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be
liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change,
suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We cannot guarantee exact colour matching of garments. A reasonable tolerance of garment colour shading is to be given. Dying during the manufacturing process of garments is out of or control. Colour shades will often differ from batch to batch.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Products specified as NO VAT may have additional terms which qualify customers for NO VAT.
For safety footwear, purchases made by individuals, qualifies for no VAT. However, purchases made for employees will be subject to VAT. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to make their use known to Bulkworkwear.co.uk if subject to VAT charges as Bulkworkwear.co.uk will presume all purchases are for individual use.
Discount codes cannot be applied to existing deals, bundles packs and can only be used in online transactions.
Discount code usage is applied at the sole discretion of Bulkworkwear.co.uk
In the event of
the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or other aspect of any
order, such requests must be given by the customer to Bulkworkwear.co.uk in
writing. Bulkworkwear.co.uk will make the changes in accordance with this
request but reserve the right to charge the customer additional charges to make
such changes. Bulkworkwear.co.uk will notify the customer of the costs at the
time of the request. No Changes will be made until full payment has been made.
Bulkworkwear.co.uk also reserve the right to amend the initial delivery time
frame should any changes to an order be required. Bulkworkwear.co.uk will not
commit to any orders requiring new artwork until artwork is signed and approved
by the customer.
Bulkworkwear.co.uk Personalise your garments as per the artwork files, specifications and instructions provided by the customer. While we will bring to your attention any errors that we notice, a reasonable tolerance for accuracy and likeness should be permitted, compared to the original design submitted, as designs will always be affected by printers, machines, materials and thread options. However, we ensure embroidery and print is carried out to the highest quality and best possible accuracy.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVAL OF PROOFS, PROOF READING, AND ERRORS.
Please be sure to double check spelling, grammar, layout, and design before approving artwork. If we produce work that has been approved or provided and contains errors after production, then you are responsible for full production costs (setup charges, printing, and materials), as well as the cost for producing the work a second time, if you request us to do so. We will only provide by default, Visuals, and artwork of 1 garment type per order, so that we can product your order quickly. If your order has more than 1 type of garment for customisation and you require visuals of these additional garments, please request these prior to approving your artwork visual. Please note additional visuals will add additional time to your order time frame.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF APPROVALS AND COPYRIGHTED, TRADEMARKED, AND LICENSED AGREEMENTS OF ARTWORK.
Your email approval or signature of said artwork is contractually binding for payment for all services Bulkworkwear.co.uk renders. All artwork which is provided will be produced as is, unless it is brought to our attention to make changes beforehand. All artwork we design must be approved by you before a job can enter production.
When providing artwork for embroidery please ensure that any artwork provided is clear, especially in the cases where there may be fine detail or text. If we can’t read or see it properly it’s very hard to trace and recreate it.
ELEMENTS WE MAY HAVE TO CHANGE
We may have to make some necessary changes to your artwork due to the colour of the garment or performance reasons.
We may have to increase font sizes to embroider/print text clearly
We may have to remove outlines
We may have to remove gradients & drop shadows
We may have to change the colour of your logo
Be assured that any change to your logo requires your full approval before your garments go through to ﬁnal production.
Bulkworkwear.co.uk agrees to carry out the requirements of the customer in accordance with written specifications supplied by the customer to Bulkworkwear.co.uk and recorded in writing between the parties
Unless otherwise agreed payment for the goods ordered by the customer shall be made when placing order and if payment has not been made by the last day of month following delivery then interest shall accrue thereon at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of invoice
Title or ownership in the goods supplied by Bulkworkworkwear.co.uk to the customer shall not pass to the customer until such time as full payment has been made, full payment being the receipt of cleared funds in respect of the whole order relating to the goods supplied.

**All garments will be decorated as described above. Full Colour prints are available at additional cost. We will provide design visuals prior to all design applications.

We will use the best method of application for the order.
Print which exceeds A4 may incur additional costs and extended delivery
estimates. Turnaround times may vary for new artwork.
All artwork given to us should be in a format suitable for customisation. should you not have the artwork in a format suitable for customisation a logo conversion (re-draw) fee of £10.00 will apply.
If the required file is not provided in the format required or you wish to not proceed with the order, our cancellation terms & Conditions will apply.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Bulkworkwear.co.uk withhold the right to refuse orders, at their sole discretion, for (but not limited to):
1.(a) Offensive words and slogans
(b) Offensive graphics and icons
2.(a) copyrighted material
(b) copyrighted images or phrases
You agree to provide current, complete, accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools” as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
TRADE ACCOUNTS/CREDIT ACCOUNTS
Credit accounts – Trade accounts are offered on a 28-day term with a 2-day grace for default. Any payment reminders after period may incur a £30 charge. No trade account application will be processed without ALL required documentation. ALL required fields must be filled out. Without ALL required fields being filled the application may be refused. All Trade accounts are offered at our sole discretion.
All/any garments are advised to be washed prior to 1st use. All/any garments that is/are personalised may have slight production markings from removable tailor’s chalk or stickers or may have other removable markings. This does not render the garment as damaged or faulty.
All goods are offered subject to availability.
Delivery of goods will be made to the Purchaser’s premises.
Delivery to alternate addresses will only be made with prior agreement.
All deliveries should be carefully checked & cartons counted to ensure the correct number of cartons/garments are delivered as no responsibility will be accepted once the delivery has been accepted.
No responsibility is taken for late or non-delivery by couriers, although we will do our best to ensure goods are delivered on time.
All delivered goods must be checked for damages, errors & quantities within 7 Days of receipt.
All missing or non-delivered orders must be reported to us within 30 days of ordering. We endeavour to deliver all non-customised orders within 7 working days.
non-receipt of goods must be supported by the couriers Proof of Delivery and a
delivery note stating the goods have been signed as unchecked, short or damaged
Any damaged parcels should be checked with the courier present and signed for as damaged.
Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties.
Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Bulkworkwear.co.uk, however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. So, you can usually return any items for a replacement or a full refund, in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied.
Our returns service
We offer you the convenient and free MyHermes Parcelshop Drop Off service for returning items. You can find your nearest Parcelshop business and how to use the service here.
Organising the return?
• In the unfortunate circumstance you receive the wrong or faulty, we will Pay for & arrange the return of the items.
• You will have to organise the return of items to us for any other reason.
Returning Customised products
We will accept the return of customised goods only if they are incorrectly supplied or faulty.
We will replace customised goods only if they are incorrectly supplied or faulty.
We will accept the return of garments specified as special colours and sizes only if they are incorrectly supplied or faulty.
We will only replace garments of special colours and sizes only if they are incorrectly supplied or faulty.
We do not accept the return of garments specially manufactured, specially ordered, assembled in line with customer requirements, embroidered or printed either by Bulkworkwear.co.uk or the customer, unless goods are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Garments that are customised cannot be returned if they do not fit. We urge all customers to purchase a sample prior to placing customised embroidered or printed orders.
We do not accept the return of clearance or end of line goods.
We cannot exchange or refund goods from clearance sales or end of line sale.
We cannot refund, accept returns or exchange any goods that have been used, washed or damaged due to use and wear & tear.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unfortunate circumstance of goods/products delivered with errors, caused due to production or manufacturing process, Bulkworkwear.co.uk reserves the right at its sole discretion, to correct these prior to offering a refund.
Returning underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery and swimwear
We're happy to exchange the goods or refund your money if the goods are faulty. However, if the goods are not faulty and you have decided that for whatever reason, they are not for you, all you have to do is return the goods, unopened, in their original condition within 28 Days of receipt of goods. Unfortunately, if the goods have been opened, then we cannot exchange or refund any money as we are unable to resell the product for reasons of health and hygiene.
Once you place your order. We do our very best to process your order as quickly as possible. Our Team works extremely hard working on your order, from designing, picking, packing and more. As the Buyer, may cancel all or part of any outstanding Order/Purchase Order submitted to us by providing written notice; provided, however, that if such cancellation occurs after acceptance of the order/purchase order. The buyer may incur fees of up to 30% of the total order value.
Once an Invoice has been issued for orders placed via eil or telephone, cancellation of such Order/Purchase Order may incur fees of up to 30%.
All and any digital services purchased from us are all non-refundable. This includes, but not limited to, logo setup charges & design conversion fees.
